Designed for therapists wishing to upgrade to the new ISRM BTEC Level 5 qualification and join the Institute of Sport & Remedial Massage.
The course is available to formally qualified massage and sports therapists with at least two year's clinical experience, as well as to doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors.
Initial Assessment
With the wide range of different training courses taken, and the unique variety of learning experiences therapists gain after qualifying, it is impractical to have a single, fixed programme that would suit everyone. We therefore start with an initial assessment of skill and knowledge which we match against the Learning Outcomes (detailed below) that make up our BTEC qualification. From this we will discuss any additional training/workshops that you may need to attend to make up any shortfalls in your knowledge and practical skills, and devise a programme to meet your individual needs.
The fee for this initial assessment is £50.
To apply for the Bridging Course please contact PTS on 01280 812340 or email us at courses@pulsetrainingsolutions.co.uk.
